We hear so much about the housing bubble on the national news. For a couple of years now the national morning shows have been bringing in experts that warn us of the impending disaster that will occur when the housing bubble bursts. I try to explain to folks around here that we haven't been seeing the kind of appreciation in real estate values that many of the cities around the country have seen. Until about a year and a half ago, in fact, real estate along the Wasatch Front had very poor appreciation. About a month ago a local newspaper wrote an article about the real estate market in this area. It is an interesting read. Here is a link
